The Hereford MS Therapy Centre (soon to be Oxygen & Wellness Therapy Centre from April 1st 2022) is a welcoming friendly environment that can be accessed on a self-help basis and was established in 1983 to provide therapies and support for people with MS living in Herefordshire and surrounding areas.  Over the years the centre has provided a range of services including Hyperbaric Oxygen, Reflexology, Exercise classes, Beauty Therapy and Massage. Alongside these we have offered support groups, advice, MS Nurse Clinics and social activities.

We do not limit access to people with MS and have regularly treated people with a range of other conditions including, but not limited to Cancer, Stroke, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Dementia, Long Covid and Sports and accident Injuries.

As a charity we rely solely on fundraising efforts and regularly put on local events such as quiz nights, Bingo, Psychic evenings, Afternoon Tea and more.  We are lucky to have a wonderful band of volunteers who give up their time to help run the centre by operating the Oxygen chamber, doing general housekeeping, admin and reception duties and organising events. Some of our volunteers have MS themselves or other conditions and each and every one of them is such a valued member of the team.  If you are interested in volunteering then please get in touch with Sammy or Kath at the centre.

The centre is open 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9.00am  - 3.30pm.
